Hours & Phone Calls By Appointment
Announcement: We have stopped accepting inbound phone calls. We are currently inundated with a heavy volume of orders, emails, and phone calls. We have decided that phone calls are the least effective way to serve our customers.
To book an appointment in-person or by phone, please email us with your availability. We are generally available on weekdays between 10am and 6pm. Additional hours may be available by request.
Consultation services are billed at $60 per hour.
If we do not have an appointment set, we may be working offsite.
We are committed to prioritizing orders that are placed on our website before responding to customer service questions.
