Copier Printing Paper Types

We have thousands of paper options available for printing, most are in stock and ready to print.
Please read all of the information below. We know you expect us to be thorough and we expect the same from you.

Copier printing (also known as quick printing) has specific paper options that differ from our wide format (art printing and signs) and bulk printing options.

If an item is not in stock and there is no similar substitute; we will notify you, give you an updated turnaround, and review alternative options.

If one of our order forms doesn’t have the paper stock you want, choose the most similar paper option and use the notes field to mention which paper you want to use.
Please be as descriptive as possible. We will notify you if there is a price difference.

We keep all of our paper humidity and temperature controlled 24/7.
This is an important factor that keeps the paper from being damaged and it also reduces costly, timely, and wasteful paper jams which can also damage our equipment.

We can print on supplied paper if the package is unopened. There is no discount for printing on supplied paper.
You must order via our website and choose the paper that matches closest to the paper you want to supply.
Use the notes section to mention you are supplying your own paper and include the details about the paper.
Additional charges may apply if there is significant setup or testing involved. We may not be able to print on all supplied papers.
Because we will need to test your paper and there could be paper jams, please include an extra 10 sheets or 10% of your order, whichever is more.

Our commercial-quality production copiers have the capabilities to print from 52 GSM to 350 GSM,
on paper that is sized between 5.5” x 8.5” to a maximum of 13” x 19” with Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black toner colors.
We do not have the capability to print with white ink with this printing method, you would need to email us for a special wide format order.
We can print on pearl metallics or colored papers with a reverse effect in which (typically) black is printed on most of the paper and the color of the paper shows through.
